How To Customize Windows Explorer Start Location

Here's how to customize the start location of Windows Explorer:

For example, I edited the properties of the shortcut with this target: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, /select, s:\data
 
This starts Windows Explorer on the S: Drive, and selects the data folder.
