Me on my bike cycling through central Tokyo at approximately 8:45 AM on a weekday.  I sped up the video 4X, so I'm not actually that fast on a bike :-)  I head up Harumi Dori through Tsukiji, Ginza, and Hibiya Park to end up near the Diet Building.
